This Ownership License sets forth the terms of the agreement between you, on the one hand, and the above-referenced artist (the “Artist”) and Outland Art Limited, a British Virgin Islands limited company (“Outland”), on the other hand, with respect to your ownership and use of the digital work of fine art by the Artist to which this Ownership License applies, as specified above (the “Artwork”).
