Purpose The Canada Job Grant provides financial assistance to employers on a cost-shared basis to support the training of Canadians for available jobs. 2. Who Can Apply? Individual employers in the private and not-for-profit sectors Organizations acting on behalf of employers (for instance, employer consortia, union halls, industry associations and training coordinators in the private and not-for-profit sectors 3.
