THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this 19th day of September, 2017, by and between the Western Riverside Council of Governments (“WRCOG”), a California joint powers authority and the City of Corona (“AGENCY”). WRCOG and AGENCY are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
