This Service Agreement, hereafter called "Agreement" is effective this 15th day of December 2015, by and between Rowan University, herinafter referred to as "The University", a public institution of higher education in the state of New Jersey, having it's main address at 201 Mullica Hill Road, Glassboro, New Jersey, and HIGHLAND BOARD OF EDUCATION, hereinafter referred to as "Client", having an address at 450 Erial Road, Blackwood, NJ, each being a "Party" to this Agreement.
