THESE PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS and any attachments hereto (collectively, the “PO Terms”), set forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which the Fairfax County Water Authority, doing business as Fairfax Water (“FW”), agrees to procure from the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to furnish and provide to FW, the goods and/or services described on the Purchase Order (“PO”). FW and the Contractor hereby agree as follows:
