These LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“License Agreement”) are part of the TRINNEX SERVICES and SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE AGREEMENT between Trinnex, Inc. (“Trinnex”, “we” or “us”), and the customer identified on the Order to which this is attached or otherwise making reference to this License Agreement (“Customer” or “you”). Trinnex and Customer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually herein as a “Party.”

This Master Services Agreement, together with the Order(s), is an agreement between Trinnex, Inc. (“Trinnex”, “we” or “us”), and the customer identified on the Orders (“Customer” or “you”). Trinnex and Customer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually herein as a “Party.” The Agreement shall be effective on the date Customer executes the first Order between the Parties (the "Effective Date"). Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in Section 2 or elsewhere throughout the Agreement.
