This Service Provider Agreement (this “Agreement”) constitutes a legal agreement between the relevant Rayyanh entity as set out in Annex 1 (“Rayyanh ” also referred to as “we”, “us” or ‘our”) and an individual, service provider or an entity who satisfies the requirements set out in this agreement below to be an active Rayyanh Service Provider and whom Rayyanh has authorised to access the Rayyanh Platform and to provide Services to Users through the Rayyanh Platform (a “Rayyanh Service Provider” also referred to as “you” or “your”).
