In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, located at 2101 NASA Parkway, Houston, Texas 77058 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA JSC") and Vertex Aerospace, LLC located at 17225 El Camino Real, Suite 337, Houston, TX 77058-2700 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Vertex"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
