This Agreement made between the Union and the Company is binding on each member or person represented by the parties. The Agreement is made in recognition of the fact that growth in the Electrical Industry and the success of the parties concerned depends on the cooperation of each party in discharging their obligations and adhering, not only to the words of the Agreement, but, also to the intent of the provisions as agreed upon therein.
