This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 27th day of February 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between Richard A. Bell, an individual having a residence at 1206 Clark Street in Rapid City, South Dakota (“Receiving Party”), and Black Hills Power, Inc. d/b/a Black Hills Energy, a company having a place of business at 625 Ninth Street, Rapid City, SD 57701, and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Black Hills”). The Receiving Party and Black Hills shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties”.
