% of base pay as a salary reduction/deduction amount and contribute it on my behalf to the funding vehicle(s) of my choice (approved by the University of Dayton) indicated below. I understand that the total contribution may not exceed the statutory limitation under Section 415 or Section 402(g) of the Internal Revenue Code, whichever is less. For employees age 50 and over, this amount will include any additional catch up contributions permitted under IRC 414(v).
