This User Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the FSN data storage platform (the “FSN Service”) and is an agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Free Storage Network (“FSN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The acceptance by you of this Agreement, and any referenced policies, including the FSN Service Level Agreement and FSN Platform Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy is required before you can set up a FSN account. You may view and download various documents and policies at www.FSN.net/legal prior to the registration process.
