The following terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and LUMINIX LED Lighting International Ltd. and are referred to herein as either ‘terms and conditions’ or ‘this agreement’ for purposes of this agreement LUMINIX LED Lighting International Ltd. shall be referred to as seller. Please read the terms and conditions of this agreement carefully before accepting below. Buyer’s purchase of the products is expressly conditioned on acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Buyer accepts the following terms and conditions by making a purchase from, or placing an order with, seller for products or shopping on any seller website.
