Statewide Business Brokers are acting for the Seller regarding the sale of the property referred to above and will provide various information, financial figures, and other confidential information to the Recipient. The information has been prepared with the Seller’s instructions and the Seller has agreed to make the information available to the Recipient upon agreement with the terms and conditions contained herein. All the information given; oral, written or electronically transmitted, is hereinafter referred to as the “Confidential Information”.
