Thank you for your interest in the Public Utility District No. 1 of Clallam County’s (“Clallam PUD”) Community Solar Program (“Program”). By completing this Participation Agreement (“Agreement”), you have an opportunity to participate in and facilitate the success of the Program and agree to be bound by the Program Terms and Conditions. This Agreement is specifically for participation in the Program’s community solar project located at 410 East Washington Street in Sequim, Washington (“Project”).
