THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the City of Hollywood, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or the “City,” and the Hollywood, Florida, City Employees, Local 2432, AFSCME, AFL-CIO American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFL-CIO), hereinafter referred to as the “Union.” It is the intent and purposes of this Agreement to assure sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relationships between the parties hereto, to provide an orderly, prompt and peaceful means of resolving any misunderstandings or differences which may arise, and to set forth herein basic and full agreement between the parties concerning the rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, pensions, and other terms and conditions of employment.
