This Small Generation Interconnection and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , 20 (“Effective Date”), by and between Elkhorn Rural Public Power District “(REP),” a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and (“Customer”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
