THIS AGREEMENT sets forth the terms and conditions under which Toshiba Carrier UK Ltd trading as Ciat (“Ciat ”) and Customer agree that Customer may shall have the right to purchase Goods and Services supplied by Ciat as maybe specifically described in one or more separate Quotations. This Agreement and any schedule or amendment hereto is subject to final review and acceptance by Ciat. This Agreement shall include the Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth below.
