HPE CUSTOMER TERMS - SUPPORT 1. Parties. These terms represent the agreement (“Agreement”) that governs the purchase of support services from the Hewlett Packard Enterprise entity identified in the signature section below (“HPE”) by the Customer entity identified below (“Customer”). 2.
