This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2015, by and between the City of Tempe, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”) and collectively Willco Art and Design, Inc., an Arizona corporation, and Rebecca Ross, an individual, as an Independent Contractor (collectively “Artists” or “IC”), for the performance of certain tasks as specified in this Agreement. IC’s principal place of business is located at the following address, respectively: Willco Art and Design, 1417 S. Grandview Dr. Tempe AZ 85281, and Rebecca Ross, 2103 S. La Rosa Dr. Tempe AZ 85282.
