The Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA) is a services-only trade agreement that that aims to build on existing World Trade Organisation rules that apply to trade and investment in services. 23 economies are involved in the negotiation, including the European Union. These economies account for 63 percent of New Zealand’s total services exports ($13 billion) and around 80 percent of our commercial services exports.
