Duffy Branch No.11, National Association of Letter Carriers, AFL-CIO, pursuant to the local Implementation Provision of the 2019-2023 National Agreement. This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING constitutes the entire agreement on matters relating to local conditions of employment.
