THIS FISCAL YEAR 2023-2025 FUNDING AGREEMENT for economic development services (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 1st day of October , 2022 by and between the CITY OF ORLANDO, Florida, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “City,” and the ORLANDO ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP, INC., a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “OEP” or “Partnership.”
