THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of , 2019 (this “Agreement”), is entered into between the Harbor Department of the City of Los Angeles (the “Department”), a department of the City of Los Angeles, a public entity duly established and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “City”) and PNC Bank, National Association, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, and its successors and assigns (the “Bank”).
