Licensee agrees not to transmit, distribute, reproduce or sell (or aid in transmitting, distributing, reproducing or selling), in any media now or hereafter existing, any description, account, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information relating to the events or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which these tickets are issued (the “Events”). These tickets may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of Orlando Solar Bears, LLC, and the ECHL (all of the foregoing persons or entities, together with their respective affiliates, the “Events Center Parties”).
