This COMMUNITY BENEFITS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF LOMPOC, a California municipal corporation, (the “City”) and STRAUSS WIND, LLC, a California limited liability company and affiliate of BayWa r.e.
