This AGREEMENT is hereby entered into between the Santa Ana Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT,” and WestEd hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.” The DISTRICT and CONTRACTOR may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
