THIS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT is made pursuant to the Industrial Relations Act on this 15th day of October 2002 between the NANYANG TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY (hereinafter referred to as the “University”) of Nanyang Avenue, Singapore 639798 of the one part and THE AMALGAMATED UNION OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) of 295 Upper Paya Lebar Road, Singapore 534929, being a trade union registered under the Trade Unions Act of the other part.
