For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, as Property Owner and/or Authorized Representative of the Property (as defined in “Property Information”), hereby grant to the Contributor and Imagescopic.com (collectively, the “Contributor”), the Contributor’s assigns, and those persons acting with the Contributor’s authority and permission, the right to take and create visual and audiovisual content using the Property, in all formats, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter created (the “Content”). In the case of real property, I also grant to the Contributor the right to enter the Property.
