The terms and conditions of this Agreement govern any use and access of Harness’ continuous delivery software product (whether deployed on a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) basis or on in an on-premise installation) or any other software product that Harness may make available to you for a trial period, whether the software product is downloaded by you or accessed and used by you online (collectively, the “Software”).
