This Independent Contractor and Confidentiality Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”), by and between Michaels of Canada LLC a Nova Scotia corporation, having its principal office at 1300-1969 Upper Water Street Halifax, NS B3J 3R7 (“Michaels”), and having his/her principal office at (“Instructor”). Michaels and Instructor are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
