By signing this form, I do irrevocably grant Great Outdoors Colorado and its vendors / project associates the right (yet not obligation) to utilize my appearance, any still photographs or video footage of me, the recording of my voice and my name in the creation of this photo and/or video. I understand that the final products will be broadcast on and/or published in publications, videos and online in an effort to promote Great Outdoors Colorado. I also understand that Great Outdoors Colorado will have full ownership of the finalized deliverable along with any unused raw footage/photos/audio upon completion of this project. I recognize that Great Outdoors Colorado will use its footage/photos/audio in any way it sees fit now and possibly in the future.
