These MarcoPolo Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with a Subscription Order issued by MarcoPolo Learning, Inc. (“MarcoPolo”) and executed by the entity identified in the Subscription Order (“Subscriber”) form the agreement between MarcoPolo and Subscriber (collectively, the “Agreement”) regarding Subscriber’s use of the MarcoPolo products and services described on a Subscription Order (the “MarcoPolo Services”). These Terms are effective as of Subscriber’s execution of the Subscription Order (“Effective Date”). Any capitalized term used but not defined in these Terms will have the meaning set forth in the Subscription Order. By signing the Subscription Order, Subscriber and MarcoPolo agree to be bound by these Terms.
