ROTARY CLUB ROTARY YEAR PROJECT TITLE PERFORMANCE PERIOD THROUGH Under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Grantee agrees to complete the Project as described in the project description, and the Rotary District 7390 Grant Committee agrees to fund the Project up to the Grant Amount. Both parties agree that the stipulations set forth in the District Grant Guidelines are binding and that all activities remain subject to the approval of the District 7390 Grant Committee and The Rotary Foundation. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Project to be carried out in conformance with the project description on the grant application. If a club is unable to complete their project as defined in the application, it may only be revised according to the District Grant Guidelines and with agreement of the District Grants Chair. TOTAL GRANT AMOUNT By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you and your Rotary Club understand and accept the provisions set forth in the District Grant Guideline
