In terms of section 68(2) of the Income Tax order, 1975 (Order No. 21 of 1975), I do hereby declare that the Convention set out in the schedule has, under section 68(1) of the said Order, been entered into between the Government of the Kingdom of Swaziland and the Government of the Republic of South Africa for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income.
