Please read DLIVE Inc.’s (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement constitutes a binding obligation between you and Company. This Agreement applies to your use of: our websites located at https://dlive.tv/ (the “Site”), the products or services we may provide or offer, our mobile applications (the “App”) through which any products and services are provided, and your member account (collectively the “Services”).
