This Managed Services Partner Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Master Software License and Sub- scription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint, Inc., a Delaware company, with offices at 525 Washington Boulevard, Suite 1400, Jersey City, NJ 07310, USA (“AvePoint”), and your com- pany or entity, using certain of AvePoint’s SaaS Solutions (“Customer”). Each party hereto shall be referred to as “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”.
