The abovementioned Leibniz-Institute for Solid State and Materials Research Dresden will be referred to as “Leibniz IFW Dresden” in the following. Leibniz IFW Dresden owns the exclusive right of licensing the software product FPLOOR -22 comprising the copyrighted full-potential local-orbital band-structure code (FPLOOR , release of the year 2022) and its user interfaces, both in source and object form. The software product FPLOOR -22 will be referred to as “program” in the following. Main author of the program is Klaus Koepernik, employed at Leibniz IFW Dresden.
