Mural at the Site. The Artist shall take necessary safety precautions, and shall provide protection to prevent damage, injury, or loss to: (i) persons involved in the installation of the Mural on the Site and persons who may be affected thereby; (ii) the Mural and materials and equipment to be incorporated therein (whether in storage on or off the Site); and (iii) other property at the Site or adjacent thereto, such as trees, shrubs, lawns, walks, pavements, roadways, structures and utilities not designated for removal, relocation or replacement in the course of installation.
