PROGRAM AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is entered into on , between the City of North Miami, a Florida municipal corporation, (“City”) with a principal address of 776 NE 125th Street, North Miami, Florida, and TABU Academy, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation registered and authorized to do business in the State of Florida, having its principal office at 189 NE 77th Street, Miami, Florida 33138 (“Subrecipient”). The City and Subrecipient shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and each may individually be referred to as a “Party.”
