This SITING AGREEMENT (together with all exhibits appended hereto, this “Siting Agreement”) dated as of , 202_ (the “Effective Date”) is made by and between FIREFLY ENERGY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Firefly”), and THE COUNTY OF PITTSYLVANIA, VIRGINIA, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “County”). Firefly and the County may each be referred to herein as “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
