(“Licensee”). It is IMPORTANT that Licensee reads this document before downloading Binary or opening the package containing Binary or before using Binary. By downloading Binary or opening the package containing Binary or using Binary accompanied by these License Terms, Licensee acknowledges that it agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of these License Terms. If Licensee does not agree to these License Terms, Licensee must promptly return Binary unused to Navigil for a full refund of the license fee, if any, paid for Binary.
