These terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) are entered into by and between you and Dogodas, LLC (“Company,” “W/we,” or “U/us”) and all its affiliates, licensees, and subsidiaries (such third parties together the “Related Parties”). These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Customer Agreement, govern your access to and use of https:// querystax.com (“the Website”), including the QueryStax software (“the Software”). Our Software is offered through our Website and allows you to access data (“Data”) our Software pulls from Amazon through your account on our Website. The Software pulls Data using both the Amazon Marketplace Web Services’ API and Amazon Advertising API (collectively, “Amazon APIs”). We allow representatives (“Users”) of corporate entities, or individuals on behalf of themselves (each “Subscribers”) to register for our Website and obtain access to the Data provided through our Software by creating an account.
