Standard Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) The Ethiopia One UN Fund

WHEREAS, the Participating United Nations Organizations signing this Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Participating UN Organizations”) have developed the Ethiopia One UN Fund starting on 13 January 2011 and ending on 31st December 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the “Ethiopia One UN Fund”), as may be amended from time to time, as part of their respective development cooperation with the Government of Ethiopia, as more fully described in the Terms of Reference of the Ethiopia One UN Fund dated 27 December 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the “TOR”), a copy of which is attached hereto as ANNEX A, and have agreed to establish a coordination mechanism, the High Level Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Steering Committee”) to facilitate the effective and efficient collaboration between the Participating UN Organizations and the Government of Ethiopia for the implementation of the Ethiopia One UN Fund;
