THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Prosecutor Impact, hereinafter referred to as the “the Contractor,” and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, on behalf of the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office, hereinafter referred to as “the County.” The Contractor and the County hereinafter may be referred to collectively as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
