This agreement is intended to complement the APUC framework agreement for the Provision of Legal Services (BA-PFB021), awarded in June 2013. The APUC framework is aimed primarily at Higher Education Institutions, and LUPC's HEI Members are advised to consider this agreement in the first instance. Alongside this, the LUPC framework has been developed with a particular focus on the needs of our Members outside the Higher Education sector, though it can be accessed by all LUPC Members, should others feel it better meets their needs.
