Industrial Zone, Rosh Pina 12000, Israel ("Seller"), and SuperCom Ltd., a company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Israel with offices located at Nolton House, 14 Shenkar Street, Hertzliya Pituach 46725, Israel ("Buyer"). Each of Buyer and Seller may also be referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
