This Merchant Processing Agreement contains the terms and conditions described in the Merchant Application (the “Merchant Application” or “Application”) is entered into among Citizens Bank, N.A., whose principal place of business is One Citizens Plaza, Providence, Rhode Island 02903 (“Bank”), Shift4 Payments, LLC, whose principal place of business is 2202 North Irving Street, Allentown, PA 18109 (“Company”), and the person or entity identified on the Merchant Application (“Merchant”). Capitalized terms not defined in the body of the Agreement have the meanings set forth the Definitions Section of this Agreement.
