WHEREAS the Oregon Department of Transportation and the City of Medford entered into a Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement No. 823 on April 8, 2020 where the Parties agreed that upon approval of the Resolution by the OTC all the jurisdiction over Unit A of Crater Lake Highway- Crater Lake Avenue Frontage Road, Whittle Ave-North City Limits Section, would be transferred from the Department of Transportation to the City of Medford.
