The New York Times Company, a New York corporation acting through its Times Journeys division, (“Times Student Journeys”) provides a travel program featuring individual tours for students (each, a “Trip”) as outlined in its catalog and on its website (https://www.nytimes.com/times-journeys/students) (“Website”) and has licensed Putney Student Travel, Inc., a Vermont corporation (“PST”) to organize and administer the Trips. Times Journeys and PST are collectively referred to as “we” or “us”.
